Barcelona are back in action on Wednesday night, as Inter Milan arrive at the Camp Nou in the Champions League.
Ernesto Valverde’s men have won both of their group games so far, but so have Inter with both teams locked on six points at the top of Group B.
There’s no Lionel Messi of course for this one, so with that in mind let’s have a look at how they might line up.
Defence

Injuries mean that Valverde has few options in defence and could stick with the same back four which featured against Sevilla.
Nelson Semedo’s place looks most at risk with Sergi Roberto an option to come in at right-back. The defender seems to have benefited from some consistent game time while Roberto has been out with injury but Valverde may prefer to rotate.
Otherwise expect Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet and Jordi Alba to feature in front of Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Midfield

Arthur was a bit of a surprise inclusion in the starting XI for Barcelona’s last Champions League game away at Spurs, but he hasn’t looked back since then and now seems to be first choice.
The Brazilian could continue along with Ivan Rakitic and Sergio Busquets unless Valverde decides to freshen things up. With Real Madrid up next in La Liga he just might opt to rotate his midfield. Arturo Vidal looks the most likely option to come in, although Roberto could also feature in midfield or even Rafinha.
Attack

Ousmane Dembele replaced Messi against Sevilla and should join Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho in attack again. He scored in his only Champions League outing of the season and now has the chance to try and force his way back into the starting XI.
Suarez and Coutinho look set to continue and go into the game after goals against Sevilla. Messi’s absence also means there might even be room in the squad for Malcom. Remember him?
Possible starting XI: Ter Stegen; Semedo, Pique, Lenglet, Alba; Rakitic, Busquets, Arthur; Dembele, Suarez, Coutinho.
