The two teams face off at the Camp Nou next week in the second leg of their last 16 tie after a goalless draw in France in the first leg.
Fekir knows his team are in for a tough test in Barcelona but is optimistic they can make it through.
“We believe we can win but we know it’ll be a difficult match. We know their strengths but we’ll give it everything,” he said.
“Before that we have a match against Strasbourg. It was frustrating not being able to play in the first match due to my suspension.”
