Griezmann open to Barca move

Today’s rumors start with Antoine Griezmann and news that Barcelona are considering activating his €100 million release clause in the summer.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barca have made their interest known and have received positive feedback from Griezmann.

The Frenchman is excited by the possibility of taking the next step in his career but Barca may face competition from Manchester United and Real Madrid.

Coutinho turns down PSG

Over at Sport, the news is that Philippe Coutinho is resisting interest from Paris Saint-Germain because he is still dreaming of a move to Camp Nou.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi is determined to land Coutinho, a wish expressed by Neymar, but the Brazilian has told his agents not to negotiate with the Ligue 1 side.

Coutinho “would love” to join in January but it will take an offer of €150m to take him away from Liverpool.

Barca receive two Gomes offers

Sticking with Sport and Andre Gomes is a wanted man, apparently. They report that Juventus have made an offer of a loan with an option to buy.

But wait, that is not all, as a Premier League side have enquired as to how much Gomes might cost.

However, Sport are being spoilsports and refusing to name names. There’s also the small matter of price with Barca wanting €30m for the midfielder.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Bayern want Jose Arnaiz

It was only a matter of time before the Jose Arnaiz rumors started up and they have duly arrived with reports that Man Utd, Arsenal and Bayern have all made an enquiry.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the two Premier League sides believe Arnaiz is perfectly suited to the Premier League while Bayern think he could replace 34-year-old Franck Ribery.

Mascherano to head to US

And finally today we end with Javier Mascherano who has already told Barcelona this will be his last season at the club.

The Argentine wants to head to the US and the club will allow him to leave if a club makes a suitable offer, otherwise they are happy for him to continue, say Sport.

Mascherano is not interested in big offers from China or Qatar but does quite fancy finishing his career in MLS.
