Aubameyang only going to Barcelona or Madrid

Another day, another striker linked with Barcelona and today’s lucky winner is Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The prolific man in the mask has long hankered for a move to Spain and Hans-Joachim Watzke says he would happily accept bundles of clash for him from Barca or Madrid, but not Bayern, no way.

“I think he will stay with us,’ Watze told Sport1’s Doppelpass programme.

“But if they Real Madrid or Barcelona come in for him, maybe they would think it.

“Every other team aren’t a reasonable alternative for him, and we’re not going to let him go to Bayern.”

Pique to leave Barca in 2018 for MLS

If you liked that one, you’ll love this. Gerard Pique is set to leave Barca next year and head to MLS, according to the ever-unreliable Don Balon.

The defender will quit the club after the World Cup next summer to keep Shakira happy and will join either LA Galaxy or New York City. Probably.

Barca send scouts to watch Deulofeu

The Gerard Deulofeu back to Barcelona thing is picking up pace with reports in Spain claiming Barca sent scouts to watch the winger during AC Milan’s 4-0 win over Palermo.

Deulofeu turned on the style too, scoring the fourth in an emphatic win although his celebrations may need some work, after he indulged in a spot of boot-kissing.

Barca have the option to re-sign Deulofeu for €12 million and to be honest it looks a win-win situation for the club.

Alba up for sale

The end is nigh for Jordi Alba with Barcelona willing to sell the left-back this summer, so say The Independent.

Robert Fernandez is happy to sell Alba to the highest bidder and will replace him with Theo Hernandez with Atletico preferring to sell to Barca than Real Madrid.
