PSG eye Mathieu move

And the award for the most unlikely rumor of the week goes to…Le Parisien! The French newspaper claim PSG have enquired about making a move for Jeremy Mathieu.

The Ligue 1 side are looking for a left-sided defender and have been in touch although there has been no concrete offers just yet.

Mathieu agrees Fenerbahce deal

But wait, could it be that PSG will miss out on Mathieu because he has already agreed to sign for Fenerbahce?

According to Turkish outlet Fanatik, Mathieu has an agreement in place to move to the Turkish side who are now awaiting negotiations with Barcelona.

Verratti wants Madrid move

Marco Verratti is wanted by both Barcelona and Real Madrid this summer but the PSG midfielder would prefer a move to the Bernabeu, so say Diario Gol.

The report claims Verratti’s agent has already been in contact with both clubs but that the Italian feels there is a better project at the Bernabeu and wants Florentino Perez to push for him.

Deulofeu wants to stay in Milan

Another man who seemingly isn’t keen on heading to Camp Nou is Gerard Deulofeu who wants to stay with AC Milan, report La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Deulofeu has had a change of heart since the arrival of Ernesto Valverde and although Milan’s first choice is Keita Balde, they could go for the 23-year-old if they fail to land the Lazio man.

Mahrez waiting for Barcelona

Riyad Mahrez really does want to play for Barcelona, the problem is, he is just not a priority for the Blaugrana this summer, according to Sport.

The Leicester star has already announced his intention to leave and although he has an offer from Arsenal and there is interest from Chelsea it is his dream to play in La Liga for Barca.
