Barca eyeing Douglas Costa

Barcelona’s apparent seach for a right winger has taken them all the way to Bayern Munich and their Brazilian winger Douglas Costa, according to Sport.

Costa simply has not hit it off with Carlo Ancelotti and will be allowed to leave the club this summer if anyone stumps up €30 million for his services.

Dembele disappointed to lose Tuchel

Ousmane Dembele may well have fuelled further speculation over his future by admitted he was sad to see Thomas Tuchel leave Borussia Dortmund.

"I am disappointed because he is a coach who has given me a lot of confidence," he said via Mundo Deportivo.

"Thomas was always there for me and taught me a lot. He is a very good coach, with whom I had great moments."

Barca hoping for dual nationality for Neymar

Neymar could soon gain dual nationality, according to Marca, which would free up space in the squad for another non-EU player.

Clubs are only allowed three non-EU players, according to Liga rules, but Barca could be about to have a free spot with the club hoping the paperwork concerning Neymar can be completed this summer.

Cucurella agrees new four-year-deal

Marc Cucurella is set to commit his future to the Blaugrana by signing a four-year deal at the club next week, so say Sport.

There had been fears the youngester was ready to quit Camp Nou with Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund linked with a move, but the left-back will now stay.

Jorge Messi in town

Jorge Messi is in Barcelona which could mean Leo’s contract renewal may finally be completed, according to Marca.

Messi senior is in the city for "personal reasons" but while he’s there he may as well oversee the new deal that will keep his son as the club until 2022.

More interest in Mathieu

Jeremy Mathieu continues to be linked with clubs all over Europe but so far no-one has managed to take him off Barcelona’s hands.

As such the club have apparently offered him to Greek side Olympiacos, according to Sport, as they seek to offload a player who seems to have absolutely no future at Camp Nou.
