Draxler’s agent lands in Barcelona

We start today in Germany where Bild are reporting that Julian Draxler’s agent Roger Wittman has been spotted in, yep you’ve guessed it, Barcelona!

What does it all mean? Probably nothing, but it’s also worth pointing out Wittmann is also Roberto Firmino’s agent, so expect those rumors to start up as well pretty soon.

Three clubs chase Sergi Roberto

Talking of tenuous rumors, over at Don Balon, the story is that one of either Chelsea, Manchester United or Monaco are set to trigger Sergi Roberto’s release clause.

Apparently Paris Saint-Germain have already tried to sign Roberto, before they landed Neymar, but he was one Barcelona player who was not interested in a move to the French capital. Sigh.

Liverpool to allow Coutinho to leave

Despite Jurgen Klopp insisting Barcelona are wasting their time trying to sign Philippe Coutinho, Sport report the Reds have actually now given the Brazilian the green light to leave.

The report also states Barca could seal the deal as early as Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, which sounds a little far-fetched, but hey why not, it’s been that kind of a summer.

Barca to move for Dele Alli

Which brings us to the Daily Express, who have a hot ‘exclusive’ which states that Barcelona are considering a move for Tottenham’s Dele Alli.

Apparently they have been monitoring the Spurs ace for 12 months but now have the financial power to tempt him away from north London and could go for it.

Inigo Martinez on brink of Barca move

One deal that could actually, properly, totally happen is the arrival of Inigo Martinez from Real Sociedad.

According to Sport, the deal could even be announced today after Josep Maria Bartomeu spoke to Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay and came to an agreement.
