It’s over, after a tumultuous summer the transfer window is finally closed and it’s been a wild ride for Barcelona.
The window started with the club trying to sign Marco Verratti, only to end up missing out on the midfielder and losing Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain instead.
Gerard Deulofeu returned, Marlon Santos was signed permanently, and then fairly promptly left on loan for Nice.
Another shock move followed with Paulinho arriving from Guangzhou Evergrande although the arrivals of Nelson Semedo and Ousmane Dembele have given supporters hope.
A frantic end to the window then ensured with rumors of moves for Angel Di Maria, Thomas Lemar, Dani Parejo and even Mesut Ozil but in the end, there were no further arrivals and the club must now make do with what they have until January.
