Deulofeu & Alcacer want out?
Today’s rumors start off with Gerard Deulofeu and Paco Alcacer who are both reportedly considering their futures.
According to Marca, the duo are fed up already at the lack of playing time under Ernesto Valverde and are thinking about moves away.
Deulofeu is concerned for his World Cup hopes and needs to be playing while Alcacer will see how the next month goes before making a final decision.
However, the report also states the club are not contemplating selling any of the squad in January and believe both players do have a future at the club.
Chelsea wanted Sergi Roberto
Sergi Roberto’s future is the talk of Mundo Deportivo who report the club are keen to extend his contract.
The versatile youngster has a release clause of just €40 million which was enough to attract interest from Chelsea last summer.
Apparently Roberto did consider a move to Stamford Bridge, and even went so far as to discuss his future with Ernesto Valverde, after interest from the Blues.
Messi tells Valverde to be patient with Suarez
Over at Diario Gol the talk is of discussions between Lionel Messi and Ernesto Valverde over Luis Suarez.
The report claims there are suggestions Suarez is overweight, which has contributed to his loss of form, and Valverde is frustrated with his performances.
Messi, meanwhile, has urged patience and says that Suarez will get back to his best as he adjusts to life under Valverde and without Neymar.
