The deal to bring Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona from Liverpool finally looks to have been done with multiple reports in the UK claiming a fee of £142 million has been agreed.

According to James Pearce at the Liverpool Echo the deal is done, an announcement could be made tonight and Coutinho is already on his way to Spain.

The information is backed up by Paul Joyce at The Times, who says the announcement might be tomorrow and Goal’s Melissa Reddy.

Over in Spain, Sport are reporting that Coutinho will have a release clause of €500 million and that he could be presented on Monday or Wednesday of next week.

If it does go through it will be the biggest ever deal that a British club has been involved in and the third biggest transfer of all time.
