Kevin De Bruyne’s agent, Patrick De Koster, has claimed he has been in touch with both Barcelona and Real Madrid about the midfielder, but he only wants to play for Manchester City.
The midfielder has been in sensational form for City this season, with seven goals and 14 assists in 27 Premier League appearances for Pep Guardiola’s runaway leaders.
City have also rewarded De Bruyne with a new long-term deal as he signed a five-year extension in January, although De Koster claims he was a wanted man.
“As far as Barça and Real Madrid are concerned, there are still informal contacts with representatives of these clubs, but Kevin had only one wish: to stay in Manchester City. He is extremely happy at all levels,” he said.

De Bruyne is thriving under Guardiola at City and if he were to become available he would surely be wanted by most of Europe’s top clubs. However, it seems for now there is absolutely no chance of him leaving the Premier League leaders.
