Angel Di Maria has been talking about the possibility of playing for Barcelona after he was heavily linked with a move to Camp Nou last summer.
The Argentinian has previously admitted he was “very close to joining Barcelona,” before a move to Camp Nou fell through.
The PSG winger is in some decent form for the club right now with nine goals and seven assists in nine outings in 2018, however it’s still possible he’ll leave the club in the summer.
And if he does quit PSG, he says he’d have no problem playing for Barca, despite his Real Madrid history.
“My relationship with Madrid is finished, because my cycle there ended. Frankly, I wouldn’t have a problem to play at Barca, to the contrary. The only club I couldn’t play for is Newell’s Old Boys because I am a fan of Rosario Central.”

Barca may have been interested in Di Maria in the past, but it’s unlikely they will make another move for him, particularly as they hardly have a brilliant relationship with PSG and spent big on Ousmane Dembele last summer.
