Antoine Griezmann is such an appealing player to Barcelona that the club would be willing to loan out Ousmane Dembélé according to Mundo Deportivo. The loan would likely be for a short time allowing for Griezmann to move into his role and give Dembélé time to get some solid minutes on the pitch.
There are a few sides that are interested in Dembélé. Arsenal, Liverpool, and Atletico Madrid are all in on the Dembélé loan train.
While logistically the move makes some sense on the pitch, it’s also purely insane. Barcelona paid £96.8 million for Dembélé just last year, and that’s not the type of money you pay for someone you’re just going to loan out to make room for someone that’s even more expensive.
The conversation itself doesn’t mean its going to happen, but the fact that it’s a conversation at all is strange.
