Getafe president says Jose Arnaiz will join on loan from Barcelona

Getafe president Angel Torres says the club have agreed a loan deal with Barcelona for youngster Jose Arnaiz.

He told Onda Cero’s El Transistor programme: “We just closed the transfer of Arnáiz, of Barça.”

Barcelona B forward Arnaiz featured for the first team last season in the Copa del Rey and La Liga and scored three goals.

However, it now looks as if he will head away from the club and spend the next campaign with Getafe who finished eighth in La Liga last season.
