Ousmane Dembele vows to prove himself at Barcelona

Ousmane Dembele has been talking about his future at Barcelona and sounds pretty determined to prove himself at Camp Nou.

Injuries made his first season a pretty tough one for the youngster and there’s also been plenty of speculation he could leave either on loan or on a permanent deal.

However, his latest comments suggest he’s determined to put things right and become a success at Barcelona next season.

“It has been a difficult season, with many injuries, but with everything that has happened I continue to have confidence and everyone at Barcelona trusts me,” he said.

”I have never doubted [myself] and although it is true that there have been complicated moments, I’m going to come back even stronger and I’m going to show my quality in Barcelona.”

It’s great to hear from Dembele and to see him so determined to impress at Barcelona.

He showed glimpses of just how exciting he can be last season and seems to be enjoying himself on international duty with France.
