Yerry Mina is a wanted man if current speculation is to be believed and has been given some advice on his future by former Colombia star Carlos Valderrama.

The former midfielder reckons Mina should avoid a move to Everton and should instead find a club where he can play Champions League football.

“The Premier League is attractive but for me the Champions League is the most prestigious.

“I don’t think Yerry should join a mid-table team like Everton.

“Fatih Terim has a great record of developing players. If it were me, I would pick Galatasaray.”

The latest rumors state that Boca Juniors have joined the race for Mina and are willing to offer a loan with a purchase option of €10 million.
