New Barcelona midfielder Arthur is confident he will be a hit with the club’s fans after signing from Gremio this summer.
The 21-year-old Brazilian is very highly-rated, and the club will be expecting big things from a player who has been likened to both Andres Iniesta and Xavi.
Arthur has explained why supporters will enjoy watching him in action as he prepares to make his debut for the club.
“Barca fans will like my game,” he said. “Barca’s style is unique and it’s hard to find players that have not grown at La Masia who adapt, but my technical characteristics are similar to some players at Barca, because I like to have the ball, short passes and control the rhythm from the centre of the pitch.”

The midfielder has been in pre-season training and will hope to be involved in the club’s friendlies against Tottenham, Roma and AC Milan on their US tour.
