Barcelona have reportedly been offered €25 million plus add-ons for left-back Lucas Digne by Premier League side Everton.
According to the Mirror, the Toffees feel Digne could replace Leighton Baines at Goodison Park and have already made contact with Barcelona.
Digne is back-up to Jordi Alba at the Camp Nou and made just eight La Liga starts last season. His lack of game time also saw him miss out on the France squad for the World Cup.
Everton are also reportedly interested in Yerry Mina although it’s unclear if they have made a bid yet for the Colombia international.
The Toffees’ bid for Digne could well tempt Barcelona into selling and may offer a chance for youngsters such as Marc Cucurella and Juan Miranda to get a chance in the first team.
