Lucas Digne’s days at Barcelona could be numbered after a report claimed the club have accepted an offer of £22 million from Everton for the defender.
The Mirror reckon the Toffees are willing to spend big on the Frenchman, and Barcelona have indicated they are willing to sell.
It’s now up to Digne to decide whether he wants to go to the Premier League side, or remain on the bench at Barcelona.
Digne only started eight times in La Liga for Barcelona last season and it will probably be the same story next season as he has little chance of replacing Jordi Alba in the starting line-up.
It looks a great deal from Barcelona’s point of view and would also offer Digne the chance of more regular game time and potentially the chance to regain his place in the French squad.
