The Willian to Barcelona rumors are really hotting up this week and the latest update reckons that Chelsea want a whopping £70 million for the Brazilian.
According to the Evening Standard, Barcelona have made a new £64.2m bid after seeing an offer of £53m rejected from the Blues last week.
The club are said to be “optimistic” they can do a deal with the Premier League side but will have to up their offer even further as Chelsea are said to be holding out for £70m.
The report reckons that while Chelsea do not want to sell Eden Hazard they are prepared to let Willian go as they long as they get a big enough fee.
Manchester United are also believed to be keen, but apparently Chelsea don’t want to do business with the Red Devils after selling them Nemanja Matic last summer.
