As we head towards the end of the World Cup the transfer rumors are starting to raise their heads again and the latest reports claim Willian and Adrien Rabiot are Barca’s main focus.

There have been plenty of midfielders linked with a transfer to the Camp Nou this summer, and Arthur is expected to complete his move from Gremio next week.

He could be joined by either Willian or Rabiot, according to Mundo Deportivo, who reckon the two players are Barcelona’s top targets.

The reports highlights how with Iniesta having gone, Paulinho close to an exit, Carles Alena injured and Andre Gomes and Rafinha up for sale more midfielders are needed.

But it’s not as easy as all that particularly because Chelsea want €80 million for their Brazilian who turns 30 in August.

Rabiot looks an easier deal to do as he has just a year left on his current deal and is yet to renew. PSG may also be tempted to sell to comply with FFP regulations, if he does not renew they risk losing him for free next season.

Frenkie De Jong is also mentioned but it seems the Ajax man is seen as one for the future and right now Barca want a player like Willian or Rabiot who can go straight into the first team.
