The Brazilian spent the second half last season on loan at Inter Milan, but a permanent move to the San Siro failed to materialise.
Rumors of interest from Inter have surfaced again in the last few days, although Braida talked him up on Monday.
“Rafinha, quite probably, will stay at Barcelona. He’s a boy with a lot of footballing quality,” he said.
“He’s a player who can decide games with the way he manages the ball and he can go far.
”Last year he came back from a bad injury but when he recoverd he did great things at Inter. He’s a player who has impressive technical skills. A very interesting player and he suits Barca very well.”

Rafinha looked pretty good during the club’s pre-season tour of the US and may have done enough to impress Ernesto Valverde. He also started the team’s Supercopa de Espana win over Sevilla on Sunday.
