Ariedo Braida has spoken about rumors linking Paul Pogba with a move to Barcelona, but he is not expecting his club to make a move for the Manchester United man.

Pogba’s future at Old Trafford has come under scrutiny this summer after he played a starring role for France at the Word Cup.

There appears to be tension between the midfielder and manager Jose Mourinho which has been further fuelled by the midfielder saying after Friday’s win over Leicester “there are things that I cannot say, otherwise I will get fined.”

Josep Maria Bartomeu said earlier this week “there’s still time to do business” but Braida does not expect his club to make a move for the Frenchman.

“I don’t think we’re going to move for Pogba, but he’s a great player.

Pogba’s not the only midfielder who has been linked with a move to Barcelona, Frenkie De Jong and Adrien Rabiot are also frequently rumored to be targets.
