Barcelona close in on Arturo Vidal

Today’s rumors start with Arturo Vidal and a report that Barcelona are closing in on a move for the Bayern Munich man.

Sport reckon Barcelona have verbally agreed a deal with the Chilean, and he will arrive shortly in a deal worth €30 million.

The deal may depend on what happens with Adrien Rabiot, but Sport reckon it’s even possible Vidal could travel to Barcelona for a medical later today.

Barcelona snap up Moussa Wague

Over at Marca there is news that Barcelona have signed Moussa Wague who will be unveiled by the club pretty soon.

The right-back joins from Belgian side KAS Eupen, and he will start with Barcelona B initially before heading to the first team.

The ultimate plan is for Wague to provide competition for Nelson Semedo at right-back which would free up Sergi Roberto to move into midfield.

Watford want Alcacer on loan

Over in England the talk is of a Watford move for Paco Alcacer. Sport say the Hornets want the striker on a two-year loan with an option to buy.

The two clubs have been in talks and it’s now up to Alcacer to agree to the move. Barca had wanted to sell but have not received a suitable offer for the 24-year-old.
