Barcelona are reportedly in “advanced” talks with Bayer Leverkusen about selling Jean-Clair Todibo in the January transfer window,

Sport report that Todibo has been “made available” and there have been lots of interest in the 19-year-old, most notably from Leverkusen and Premier League side Watford

Barcelona would be willing to let the teenager leave for €10 million but do want a buy-back clause inserted in the deal. Todibo is said to be willing to go to continue his development,

Todibo only arrived at Barcelona in January 2018 but has barely been given a chance to impress in the first team. He’s only made two appearances this season and two last season.

If he does leave then it would leave Barca with only three senior centre-backs in Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet and Samuel Umtiti which means Barca B’s Ronald Araujo is likely to be promoted.
