Carlos Vela apparently has an offer from Barcelona

According to Jonathan dos Santos, Carlos Vela has an offer from Barcelona. The former Barcelona, and current LA Galaxy player, despite being on vacation, said that Vela indeed has a chance to go to Barca.

“As I am now on vacation, I have not had much contact with him.

”But it is true, he has that offer on the table [from Barcelona]. I don’t know what he’s going to do.

”He’s very happy in Los Angeles, he had a spectacular season, but Barca looking for you is a very nice opportunity.

”I’m happy for him. As a Mexican, I hope this possibility can be given.”

Vela already said a potential loan move in January was interesting to him. A lease on a striker who was one of the hottest players in MLS for the last year would be an interesting move for Barcelona. A low risk, high reward sort of situation.
