Luka Jovic says he’s ‘flattered’ to hear of interest from Barcelona

Luka Jovic has been linked with a move to Barcelona in the last week or so and has said he’s flattered by the speculation over his future.

The 21-year-old is enjoying a brilliant season with 14 goals and three assists in 19 Bundesliga appearances for Frankfurt.

His form has seen him linked with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Premier League side Chelsea, and Jovic seems happy to be in the transfer spotlight.

“I am flattered by the interest of such important clubs,” he said.

“But right now, I’m only thinking of Frankfurt and I am really happy at this club.”

Jovic could well be on the move in the summer, and it’s expected he’d cost around €40 million.
