The left-back held a press conference afterwards where he talked about Lionel Messi and how he hopes he can continue to play with the GOAT for a long time.
“He [Messi] makes you a much better player. By his side I have grown a lot, I have noticed the improvement. I have matured a lot as a player and as a person,” he said.
”I hope Messi stays as long as I am here as we will all enjoy it. My goal now is to stay as long as possible and keep playing for Barca.”
