Valencia striker Rodrigo Moreno has played down rumors he could move to Barcelona in the summer transfer window.

Rodrigo and Eintracht Frankfurt forward Luka Jovic are both said to have attracted interest from Barca, who are reportedly keen to bring in a long-term replacement for Luis Suarez.

The Valencia attacker is currently on international duty with Spain and was asked about interest from Barcelona in a pre-match press conference.

“We’re still in an early phase of the season and what’s left is the most important part. I’m not worried. I still have things I want to achieve with my team and with the national team.

“We’re in a great moment of the season after getting ourselves into the Copa del Rey final and getting back with the national team. To be amongst the best always motivates you to do better and keep working hard.”

Rodrigo will be hoping to get the nod from Luis Enrique when Spain begin their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign on Saturday against Norway at the Mestalla.
