Philippe Coutinho’s future at Barcelona remains the subject of much speculation, but there seems to be have been a change in stance from the Brazilian after a tough season.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Coutinho would now welcome a move away and has told close friends he is in favour of a change in scenery.

The report also noted how his goal celebration against Manchester United in the Champions League, where he covered his ears, was a good indicator of his mood.

Barcelona seem to be of the same opinion of the Brazilian and are aware of his unhappiness. He has never really found himself a position in the Barca team and the return to fitness of Ousmane Dembele and possible arrival of Antoine Griezmann could put him further away from the first team.

The problem may be finding a willing buyer for Coutinho. The Brazilian may not lack for offers, particularly if he shines at the Copa America, but Barca may have to take a big hit on the €160 million they spent on him only 18 months ago.
