Barcelona made it clear that they don’t owe Adrien Rabiot a fee after not securing his transfer from PSG. Sky Italia reported that Barca owed Rabiot compensation after the deal didn’t take place. Raboit and PSG haven’t had a friendly relationship in recent months after it became clear he wouldn’t be at the club.

Sources close to Barcelona said there was no such deal with the player. The PSG midfielder had been rumored last summer to be a match made in heaven with Barca, but after the club changed some of their priorities this year it wasn’t as popular of a priority.

Now, Rabiot is reportedly close to a move to Juventus. New manager Maurizio Sarri has been pretty interested in the PSG player. Rabiot has made it pretty clear that he wasn’t going to sign a new deal with PSG, and his contract expires this summer.
