Xavi’s dad has been talking about the possibility of Neymar returning to Barcelona and reckons the whole thing “stinks a bit.”
There has been huge speculation that the Brazilian will leave Paris Saint-Germain and head back to the Camp Nou this summer, and vice-president Jordi Cardoner has said the forward wants to come back.
It is not completely clear if Barcelona are serious about bringing Neymar back, but if they are then it’s not a move that will sit well with Joaquim Hernandez.
“He’s a crack, a great player, but many people would not like him to be signed. His departure was traumatic and it was him who wanted to leave,” he said.
“I think that for the same thing, because he forced it, that now they to want to sign him back stinks a bit. But it’s up to the board and if they think his return could be positive then it’s welcome, that said there are many conditions.”

Bringing Neymar back to Barcelona will be an expensive and controversial move given how he left in 2017, although reports have claimed he would be welcomed back by the dressing room.
