Barcelona to splash out €112m on Lautaro Martinez
Today’s rumors start with interesting news that Barcelona are willing to splash out a whopping €112m on Inter striker Lautaro Martinez.
According to Radio La Red in Argentina, Barcelona have been impressed with his performances at the Copa America and have decided he’s worth bringing to the Camp Nou.
It seems as though Martinez is an option if Antoine Griezmann and Neymar do not arrive, and his sale would allow Inter to reinvest in their squad.
Barca keeping tabs on Ricardo Rodriguez
Meanwhile, Barcelona’s search for a back-up left-back for Jordi Alba has reportedly taken them all the way to Italy and AC Milan’s Ricardo Rodriguez.
The Rossoneri would be willing to allow Rodriguez to leave as they have already agreed a deal for Atletico Madrid’s Theo Hernandez, according to Sport.
Rodriguez is seen as being a good option for Barcelona as he is not too expensive or too old, and they expect to make a decision on the left-back slot this week.
