Van de Beek happy to be linked with Barca

Today’s rumors start with news that Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek is completely happy with speculation that Barcelona may be interested in his services.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the Dutch international was asked about the rumors after the Netherlands’ win over England on Thursday and was happy to talk about the Spanish champions.

“I have a contract with Ajax, now I’m focused on the national team. It’s nice that my name is associated with Barça, I have to play better, better and better and we’ll see in the future, you never know what can happen.”

Ajax look set to lose a host of key players this summer. Frenkie de Jong has already gone, Matthijs de Ligt is going and a host of other stars have also been linked with moves away.

Barcelona a little bit interested in Rashford and Mata

Barcelona are interested in Manchester United duo Marcus Rashford and Juan Mata but neither player is considered a priority, according to ESPN.

Rashford has just a year left on his current deal, but United do have the option to extend it for another 12 months. However, Barcelona think a deal for the youngster would be tough to do.

Mata is another possible option and is open to returning to Spain, but he’s also happy in Manchester and has been offered a new deal on improved terms.

Iago Aspas wants Rafinha and Denis Suarez at Celta Vigo

Rafinha and Denis Suarez are two players who could be on their way out of Barcelona this summer, and Celta Vigo striker Iago Aspas would be happy to have them at Balaidos.

“I’d love Santi Mina to come back. Just like I would Denis Suarez and Rafinha,” he told Television de Galicia.

Rafinha has reportedly attracted interest from Eintracht Frankfurt, who had been interested in Denis at one point but now seem to have forgotten all about the midfielder, so say Mundo Deportivo.

Juan Miranda is a wanted man

Another player who could be on his way out of Barcelona this summer is young left-back Juan Miranda.

Mundo Deportivo reckon there’s plenty of clubs who want to snap up the 19-year-old and cited a long list of names: Real Sociedad, Valladolid, Celta Vigo, Atlético Madrid, Sampdoria, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Borussia Dortmund, PSV and Ajax.

The only problem is that most of the clubs want Miranda on loan with a purchase option, while Barcelona only want cold hard cash for their young defender.

David Beckham wants Luis Suarez at Inter Miami

And finally today we end with news that David Beckham wants to bring Luis Suarez to MLS to play for his Inter Miami team.

According to Catalunya Radio’s Club de la Mitjanit programme, Dave Becks has offered a very tasty four-year deal and wants Suarez to be the face of his new club.

Unfortunately for Beckham, the report reckons that Suarez doesn’t really fancy banging the goals in over in Miami and wants to stay at Barca.
