Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to meet face to face regarding a possible deal for Neymar, according to rumors in France. The talks up until this point have been remote and mostly between intermediaries, so this is set to be the one that makes or breaks a Neymar transfer this summer.

The two sides have mostly played chicken up to this point, and a lack of commitment from either side has seen little progress made. The most recent news out of the PSG and Neymar camps is that Real Madrid are the front runners, if a pole position even exists in this case, and that has caused Barça to finally act and set up a meeting.

This meeting will probably be the most decisive factor in the possibility of a Neymar return to Barcelona. PSG are expecting a great offer, and if Barcelona come with a lackluster attempt, on purpose or not, they’re going to be shot down quickly.
