Marc Cucurella has been having a good season on loan at Getafe where he is a regular fixture in the team and has popped up with four assists in 26 matches.
His performances do not appear to have gone unnoticed with Chelsea now tracking the 21-year-old, according to Goal.
The report also states that Serie A side Napoli and Bundesliga teams Borussia Monchengladbach and Bayer Leverkusen are also interested in the youngster.
Getafe are expected to buy Cucurella for €6 million from Barcelona, but his permanent deal will include a €25m buyout clause making him an attractive option.
Barcelona are described as being “not keen” on bringing Cucurella back to the Camp Nou despite his strong season with Jose Bordalas’s side.
Meanwhile, Cucurella has been critical of Barca’s treatment of young players this season which suggests his future probably does lie elsewhere.
