Barcelona have been linked with a move for RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner but the chances of the striker moving to the Camp Nou are looking increasingly remote.
Mundo Deportivo report that with Barcelona expected to lose €60 million in revenue because of the coronavirus crisis they will focus instead on Neymar and Lautaro Martinez.
The report also notes Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are both interested in the 24-year-old, while he’s pretty keen on a move to the Premier League and Liverpool.
MD also reckon that Werner is not the only player who has been crossed off Barcelona’s summer shopping list.
David Alaba, Dayot Upamecano, Willian (!), Kai Havertz, Daniele Rugani and Alessandro Bastoni have also been ruled out as Barca continue to plan for next season.
