Neymar is plastered all over the front page of Mundo Deportivo on Tuesday as speculation over a possible return to Barcelona continues to rage while football is on hold.

The Spanish daily paper reckons the Brazilian has a huge decision to make over his future this summer when it comes to choosing between staying at PSG or coming back to Barca.

MD basically report that after three years at PSG Neymar is at a “crossroads in his career” and now has to choose between “money and happiness.”

The 28-year-old is said to earn an annual salary of €38 million at PSG but that actually becomes more like €52m when you add in what he gets paid to be the image of the National Bank of Qatar.

Yet if he moves to Barcelona he will have to accept a huge drop in wages that will see him earn just (!) €20 million. However, the report notes he would once again be able to play with Lionel Messi and enjoy his football.

MD also point out he’d be able to lead the team in the future after Messi retires, and this could be his last chance to come back as Bartomeu still wants him but other presidential candidates are not so sure.
