Coutinho to be offered to Arsenal and Newcastle - report

Barcelona’s inability to get a Lautaro Martinez deal completed thus far has sprung them into a bit of a corner. The presumed runners-up in La Liga, sorry I had to, have been in on and off again talks with Inter Milan about a Martinez transfer for months.

The lack of sufficient funds and enough players that Inter desire have made things a bit difficult for Barcelona. Enter the much-desired Philippe Coutinho transfer.

Coutinho has been on loan at Bayern Munich gaining a bit of his previously lost swagger back.

The Brazilian has been lightly linked with a move back the Premier League, but a solid move hasn’t come to fruition.

Barcelona are now reportedly offering Coutinho to Arsenal and....Newcastle. Don’t hold your breath on Newcastle spending money. Arsenal on the other hand are the perfect candidate to waste....spend, money on Coutinho.
