Barcelona are reportedly considering improving Ansu Fati’s contract at the club after a fine 2019-20 season from the youngster.
According to RAC1, the club are planning to review his existing deal after receiving plenty of interest from other clubs who are willing to offer more cash.
The 17-year-old burst onto the scene in August with his first goal for the club against Osasuna and has stayed with the first-team all season.
He went on to score eight goals in all competitions and looks set to play a role in the Champions League next month after being kept with the squad and not allowed to help out Barca B with their promotion push.
Fati signed his latest contract in December which runs until June 2022. At the time the club improved his salary and raised his buyout clause from €100m to €170 million.
However, it sounds like he could be set for another deal which would hand him another pay rise and secure his long-term future.
