Francisco Trincao played his final Braga game on Saturday in a 2-1 win over champions Porto.
The 20-year-old, who will join Barcelona in the summer, set up the winner for Fransergio on 66 minutes, as Braga finished the season in third place in the table.
Braga’s win means they go straight into the Europa League group stages for next season, while Sporting finish fourth and will have to go through the qualifiers.
Trincao has enjoyed a fine season with Braga and has shone since his move to Barcelona was confirmed at the start of the year.
