Serie A side Sassuolo have become the latest club to be linked with a move for Barcelona B captain Monchu.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side have opened talks with Barcelona over a move for the 20-year-old midfielder, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Monchu seems to be a man in demand currently. La Liga sides Valencia, Real Sociedad, and Real Betis have also been linked with a move for the youngster this summer.
The midfielder was one of five Barca B players to join the first-team on training on Wednesday as Quique Setien continues preparations for the Napoli clash.

Monchu’s had a fine season with the B team but it seems he could be on his way this summer even though he has a contract until 2021 with the option of two more seasons.
Yet Mundo Deportivo are reporting he can’t spend another season with Segunda B and will either leave on loan or on a permanent deal but with a buyback clause.
