Luis Suarez to Juventus gaining traction

The striker is not wanted at Barcelona

Luis Suarez is widely thought to have played his last match in a Barcelona kit. The arrival of Ronald Koeman is ushering in a new era at Barcelona wherein the best players in the club’s past decade are being shown the door, for better or worse.

Suarez is among that group. The aging striker has been linked to a few clubs, but nothing has become solid until recently. It’s now being reported that Juventus and Suarez have agreed on personal terms that would match what Suarez makes at Barcelona.

If I’m Luis Suarez, this might be the best case scenario. You move from La Liga to Serie A, save some tax money, and still have stars around you so that you aren’t the focus for defensive strategists. It’s perfect.
