Barcelona new signing Miralem Pjanic has finally arrived at the club after seeing his move from Juventus delayed.

Pjanic announced last month that he’d tested positive for Covid-19, meaning his move to Barcelona had to be delayed.

However, the midfielder has now made it to his new club and is set to be officially unveiled next week.

Pjanic now has a couple of weeks to get to know his new team-mates before Barcelona’s La Liga season kicks off later this month with a home game against Villarreal. He will train individually initially and will then link up with the rest of the group.

Ronald Koeman is being tipped to play a 4-2-3-1 formation at Barcelona with Pjanic potentially partnering Frenkie de Jong in midfield next season.
