Lots more fun rumors today...

Barcelona’s last few months of story lines is endless. There’s the manager roundabout, Lionel Messi wanting to leave the club, and the failure to win a trophy. One of the other top narratives in Barca land has been the inability of the club to get a deal done to secure Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan.

The Lautaro saga has ebbed and flowed over the last few months, leaving us mostly to believe there isn’t actually a shot Barcelona are able to land the Argentine. In a hilariously stunning twist, a report from Sport Mediaset, that has been refuted by Fabrizio Romano, says that Real Madrid have entered the Lautaro Martinez sweepstakes.

To be clear, this hasn’t been widely reported at all. The report says that Real Madrid and Inter have agreed to a €100m deal for Lautaro to make his way from Italy over to the Bernabeu. This isn’t a thing, yet, but it’s hilarious to speculate about.
