Barcelona have reportedly made contact with Arsenal to discuss the possibility of bringing Hector Bellerin back to the club.

This is a rumor that pops up every now and again and has returned in 2020 amid uncertainty over Nelson Semedo’s future at the Camp Nou.

According to Sport, Barcelona have spoken to Edu, Arsenal’s technical director, about Bellerin and have been told he’d cost around €20-25m.

At the moment that price is said to be “unaffordable” for Barcelona but that could change if Semedo were to depart.

The report reckons Barcelona are trying to find a club for the Portugal international following his dismal showing against Bayern and he could land in the Premier League.

If Semedo were to leave then it’s possible Bellerin could arrive. The right-back’s future has been talked about a lot recently with PSG reportedly having made a bid for the 25-year-old.
