A video of Erling Haaland training while watching FC Barcelona on TV has set some rumors abuzz, but the player himself is not talking about a transfer - at least not publicly.

Haaland was training with the Norwegian national team while they all watched Barça TV, Barcelona’s own channel, on televisions in the gym.

This comes as the world’s biggest clubs - Barcelona included - all are said to be making moves to try to land the star forward, who continues banging in goals week after week.

While some on social media and in the gossip pages say this is more proof of his interesting in moving from Borussia Dortmund to Barcelona, the player himself didn’t participate in the speculation.

“I still have a three-year contract with Dortmund and I’m not distracted by rumors,” Haaland said.

The young forward also weighed in on comparisons of him and Kylian Mbappé to Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, humbly saying the older legends are still far ahead of the young stars.

In the same interview, Haaland offered apologies for how he reacted at the final whistle after his two goals against FC Köln served only to earn a draw for Dortmund. He went into the tunnel without speaking to anyone and threw his shirt towards a defender from the opposing team, Jorge Meré.

“I was very angry, out of control, and I ask for forgiveness for what I did,” the forward said.
