Barcelona’s rumored summer overhaul could be about to begin with on loan stars Jean-Clair Todibo and Carles Alena both linked with permanent moves.
According to Marca, Todibo has impressed so much during his spell with Nice that the Ligue 1 side will trigger the option to sign him permanently for €8.5m plus another €7m in variables.
Todibo said earlier this season he wanted to stay in Nice after finally enjoying lots of first-team game time and it looks as though his wish will be granted.
Alena is another loanee who could be sold. According to Sport, Barcelona will tell Getafe they can keep hold of Alena if they hand over €8 million and include a buyback clause.
The 23-year-old has made 21 appearances in La Liga this season for Getafe, scoring twice and picking up two assists.
Getafe president Angel Torres has said a couple of times they would be happy to keep hold of Alena, providing the price is right.
