Eric Garcia has been talking about his future and says he is convinced he has made the right decision to return to Barcelona.

The Manchester City defender is expected back at the Camp Nou on a free transfer after Saturday’s Champions League final against Chelsea.

Garcia was asked if it’s a “comfortable” or “brave” decision to head back to Barcelona and offered up the following reply.

“I have thought about my future, what I think is the best now. I think it’s a brave decision. I am very convinced of the step I have taken.”

The 20-year-old could be joined by Manchester City team-mate Sergio Aguero at Barca next season and was full of praise for the striker.

“He is a phenomenon and a goal-scoring machine. Who has an age? Forget it! Agüero will score goals until the age of 100, he is a legend, a myth. And a fabulous teammate.”
