Barcelona are reportedly in talks with Ligue 1 side Marseille over a summer move for 19-year-old winger Konrad de la Fuente.

According to RAC1, the American is wanted by the French team and could go on loan with a purchase option thrown in or move on a straight transfer.

Barcelona and Marseille are said to be still in negotiations and are due to meet again on Monday. A deal could be announced as early as next week if things go smoothly.

There’s talk of Konrad potentially going for a fee of €5 million on a five-year deal with the deal including a buyback option.

Previous reports have suggested Barca wanted to loan out Konrad to gain experience and still think he could have a future at the Camp Nou.

Konrad’s been on the fringes of the first team this season but hasn’t managed to make the breakthrough, and it’s starting to look like his time at Barca may be coming to an end.
